I Was Starting to Get Concerned...
...as I had not seen Ms. Hopper since we got snow two days ago. As the video shows, she's still alive and hopping!

Good to see that she's still kickin'...er I mean hoppin'. I keep hoping that she'll heal up but that leg doesn't look like it's getting any better. I've been looking at the Ohio Wildlife Center website. They have a hospital in Columbus that cares for sick and injured animals. I'm not suggesting that you contact them about her but I just thought it was cool site. You should check it out, I think you would like it.

That IS an interesting site, Mikey - I wasn't aware of them. It was interesting to see the pictures of the 3-legged deer, as I had one of them showing up on cams here last year. Fascinating to read how the injured limbs are 'shed' as well.
ReplyDeleteThe turkey video wasn't supposed to post until Tuesday morning - not sure what happened - but I'm afraid you've already seen tomorrow's posting.
The early posting worked out perfect Steve. I'll be busier than a one armed paper hanger tomorror morning with an ISO audit and probaly won't have time to surf the net as usual. And it was great to see Mrs. Hopper again, I too was beginning to wonder how she was doing. Thanks for the video!
